General Terms & Conditions

Venturi Paragliding Lanzarote is the professional activity of Miguel Samper Elvira, with NIF 78584514-T, dedicated to tandem paragliding flights in Lanzarote, Spain, located at Calle Villanueva 25, Haría, CP 35543, Las Palmas. Contracting any of our services implies express acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

The customer is obliged to inform about any relevant medical condition (pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, anxiety, vertigo, recent injuries, etc.) and declares not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects their abilities.

Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from Venturi Paragliding Lanzarote. A deposit or full payment may be required to validate the booking.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are not personal and can be used by anyone who meets the activity requirements, subject to validation by the professional.

The pilot is the commander of the paraglider and the passenger agrees to follow their instructions. The customer acknowledges that paragliding is a risk activity influenced by unpredictable natural factors.

The professional may cancel the activity for safety reasons or force majeure. The customer may choose between a date change or a full refund.

The customer participates at their own risk. The liability of Venturi Paragliding Lanzarote is limited to the coverage of its civil liability insurance.

During the flights, Venturi Paragliding Lanzarote may take photographs and/or videos of customers for promotional, advertising and dissemination purposes. By contracting the service, the customer authorizes the use of their image. If the customer does not wish their image to be used, they may communicate this and the images will be removed as soon as possible.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of the owner's domicile being competent.
